After an hour of Googling, it looks like the only viable solution is to unplug the satellite feed plug from the radio head. Some people on other Dodge (cars) forums are using a "Tazer" with a new update to disable it. Had to look that up, it's a programmer that plugs into the OBDII port. So far, I've sent email complaints to Chrysler Customer Assistance Center and NHTSA concerning the lack of being able to turn this off. I don't feel safe driving and constantly having to click a popup screen that does nothing but... interfere with my driving.

right now there is no tazer for the rams. On the cars that the tazer supports yes you can turn off travel link. fyi it doesn't turn off just the warnings it looks like it turns off travel link all together which means if you use the navigation you won't get real time traffic and accidents.

my biggest complaint about the alerts is that they never actually pertain to where I am. I don't care if there is flood warning in a county over 2.5 hours drive away from me.
