How long would it take???

Thinking about just going ahead and replacing my heater core in a 1998 dodge truck with the 318 5.2 motor. How long would it take a mechanic to change this out???

6.3-8 hrs if you have AC

Took us a work day and a half to completely rip out a dash, heater box and reassemble the whole thing with a new dashboard at my work.

Do it yourself and save ton of money. I did mine in about 4hrs just following the how to videos on you tube.

That's how I'm going to do it in the spring or if we get some nice weather soon.

Dash board was ****** and the heater box was full of garbage, so we yanked all of it
