That's what I bought her for!

01 1500, 5.9, 46re 2WD.

Regularly have it at its capacity from spring to fall. Trailer is 2300lbs, car is roughly 3900lb, and the extra tools/equipment are probably another 400lbs.

As of right now all I added to assist in towing were load bearing shocks and General HTS 60s. At some point I want to hop up the engine and transmission, but I'll ride out the stock stuff for a little while. Does what I need.

That is 16 hay bales in my 2001 with a 5.2 Magnum and a 5-speed. It doesn’t even squat the suspension.

For trailers I use my 2018 Cummins.

My 99 ram 1500 w 5.2l (318). Towed motorcycles on long trips with a small trailer. Also I have used a dual axle trailer hauling junk (3500 lbs). The larger trailer did cause some sway at 70 or braking on turns and I'll have to address that before doing it again.
