I know the Warlock sits higher than typical. Does the drop have to be increased to compensate?
My guess would be a 3" drop but they are hard to find.
Thought I'd run it by all of you first.
Thanks!

You will have to measure your tailer sitting level or just slightly up hill no more than a inch. Every trailer/truck combo is different. I agree with getting a adjustable hitch, the last time i did this i miss measured the first time and had to go out and buy another drop hitch and was unable to return the first one.

I had a Haulmark cargo trailer and needed a 6" drop on my 1500 sport to make the trailer level. I was getting a lot of sway with a 4" drop. I made sure to buy a taller trailer when I bough my 2500.

Yeah there isn't a 'standard' coupler height for trailers, they can be all over the place. It's why I have a 7" drop B&W Stow n Go. It works for the vast majority of trailers I pull (shop trailers, my flatbed, our TT back and forth to storage, mine and my FIL's boat trailers). I don't think I've hitched up to a trailer that I couldn't get level with that. BUT there are trailers out there that I know sit a lot lower, and if I needed to pull one often I'd have to get a bigger drop.

I agree not standard drop for trailers. I have a 7x14 duel axel cargo trailer an use a 4 in drop with my 22 2500 4x4 that once loaded is almost to low. BTW your hitch is nice but can not justify spending $350 for a trailer hitch.

It's only $300 on Amazon, but I did get it for about $250 when I bought it a few years ago.

Even so, I can justify it because it's a hitch built to last and is multi-use due to the 2-ball configuration. I have another adjustable hitch that I paid $50 for that is not as adjustable, has only one size ball, and doesn't handle as much weight. There are other, cheaper hitches like Curt that handle the weight, but when the price difference is $50 at that price range, I'll go with what I think is a bit better.

I understand where you are coming from on the price. Took me awhile to decide to spend a bunch on an adjustable.
- My small trailer requires a 10" drop (which is barely enough) and it's very hard to find a fixed ball mount with that much drop. Couldn't find a 2.5" versions so would of had to use a 2" version with a reducer sleeve. And it would have cost around $125.
- I would have needed at least a second ball mount for my larger trailers (fortunately the same drop). That would have been another $125ish dollars.
Finally sucked it up and bought an adjustable for an extra $100. It has both 2" and 2 5/16" balls and height is adjustable for just about anything. Plus I got the aluminum version so way lighter.

I have a 4 in drop that I've had since 9/2006 ( I recall it cost me around $26.00 including the 2 5/16 ball ) I still use it with my 22 but do need to use 2.5 adapter sleeve and will until such time I tow a bigger trailer....
