i know laramie got his for around 26k but he is an extreme negotiator

Now I know why my ears have been burning...

Mine was *used* if you can call it that. It had all over 3200 miles on it. LOL

Anyways, book on it is $36775 dealer was asking $32999 and I walked out paying $26000 tax title and license. I put $15000 down and financed the other $11000 making my monthly payments at $254 a month for four years with no penalty for early pay off. First payment is on the fourth, and I have about $600 I'm throwing down on the loan. Interest on the loan is a little high(6%) but getting hellacious personal credit does indeed cost money.

Something to keep in mind on my deal is that the sales person I was talking to is a lodge brother, and so is the owner of the car lot. They treated me right on top of haggling like a ****.

I want a 4th gen, but cant get rid of mine, dumped to much time and effort into it and as of now have under $3k left on it til its completely paid off, and I could use an extra $450 a month for a little while. One day though, one day I will have my race truck and my familly truck...

well personally i dont like the whole idea of making payments but I got my truck back in feburary it was priced at 34,385 but was able to get the dealership to go down to around 27,650 but i had them do a spray on bed liner, alarm and tow hooks and so i ened up paying somewhere around 32 to 34 for it but thats after the warranties and eveything else was added on.

Today I went to a local dealer to test drive a 2011 HEMI, what a sweet truck it is..... Sticker price was $35,089 they dint want to tell me what price it sells for... they just tell me I can afford the $600 plus Insurance a month... and to sign the papers on the spot ... they were desperate for a sale.... I left not knowing the price... but they wanted me to buy on the spot... and no price given.. I found it to be rude lol.....

it was a 2011 HEMI BigHorn with RAMBOX and 20" wheels, navigation, etc etc etc... one step down from the Laramie...
If I was going to negotiate, how what would be the price most likelly I will get?

Got mine for 19k.... That was with a 07 VW GTI and a 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee traded in. Got 21k for the trades.... Could of done a lot better.... But hey I got a great damn truck and im happy!

Not sure many of us can say how much it would be in PR.

35K sounds low for a sticker on a Bighorn Hemi with Nav and Rambox. Even if it was a 2wd.......I would sticker at 38,545 (just priced it on Dodge's website).

If they can't tell you what you are paying........ I had a dealer that wouldn't tell me what the interest rate was on a loan. I got up and walked off. I am not playing games. They said "we still have your keys sir, let me go find them". Again......a game. It was my old Merc, I had an extra key with me (cost me 1.35 on the way to the dealer!), I told them to keep the key and I left.
