is there any way to purchase this cluster for an ecodiesel from dealer, but mainly I'm ocd and want my old and new milage to match anyway to find some who can adjust milage to match? i know it sounds silly but its just how being ocd is.

Anyone have tips on replacing the lens on these? I want to put my original cluster lens on the 7" when it's back and the tabs seem kinda fragile, so reading up on it.

Is there any speedometer calibration needed when swapping in from another donor vehicle with different wheel/tire size, or is that info stored separate from the cluster.

That info is stored in the computer not the cluster so if you swapped clusters you would still retain what the correct speed and associated corrected items.

If you are talking about the lenses from the 3.5" cluster it won't work. I had the same idea. The part is actually a lenses AND mask to match your trim. The mask is display size specific.

The clear outer lens? The new 7" cluster has a minor scuff on it.. not too bad but my original is blemish free.

Another question, what about fuel quantity and the distance to empty calculations?

My donor cluster is out of a 1500 with a 26 gallon tank going into my 2500 with a 31 gallon tank.
