How to adjust headlights?

For some reason one of my headlights is pointed up and the other is pointed down (or one is correct and the other isn't) and I'd like to fix it so I don't continue to blind people with the one pointed upwards. Not too sure how to go about doing it though, so any help is appreciated.

Look at the lights, on the insides of each, inside towards the engine. You'll see a "bolt" that you can screw, this adjusts your headlights up and down.
Ill try and look for a picture.
