My wife is vertical changlled. I need to get information on moving forward and back on brake and gas pedal so she can drive my truck. I can't walk or drive right now because of my last stroke and my daughter is using my my wife's car so I decided to let her use my truck any help would be appreciated.

There is a black rocker switch on the left side shroud of the steering column on some of our trucks. I don’t know if on which spec trucks it is. Mine has it as did my 17 and 14 models.
It will bring the pedals UP or DOWN.
With the seat forward and the pedals up it should work out, if you have it
Sitting in drivers seat she will be able to reach the switch with her left hand, reaching down.

Hope you recover soon!

Vertically challenged, too funny. Harold, does your truck come with the memory seat function on the left side of your driver seat? Little rocker with #1 and #2 on it. If yes, get her in the truck, set her seat and pedals. Set the mirrors also. And save it to either #1 or #2 on that rocker switch. This way, whenever she drives the truck, she's all setup and ready to go with the push of a single button. And when you're ready and able, you can do the same thing for yourself on the other side of the memory seat button. Hope you're back behind the steering wheel quick...

Find a company that does vehicle mobility modifications in your area. They may have pedal extenders

Yup, pedal extenders.
My wife used to have a Honda S2000.
The gas and brake were ok for her, but pushing the clutch pedal to the floor was too much.
Bought the extender and had to drill and mount it on the OEM pedal.
