I have done a calibration actuator test on Alfaobd and everything passed but I have no heat on the driver's side but heat on the passenger side, few things I think of are the blend door, which blend door should I be looking at? Left Temp Actuator which should be behind the glove box, I have removed that actuator and seen it function, I have also moved the blend door and thought it felt good via the weight but how do I tell if the blend door is stripped or not or if it could be the heater core or something else?

Had that issue in my 07 GCSRT. Dual control doors were in the center, like below the radio. I unhooked them, flipped them to cool and let it ride.

There should be 2 actuators behind the radio bezel
2 more on the passenger side, 1 by the fan, another up in back of the glove compartment
You can see the rod moving if the actuator is good
If you disconnect the rod from the actuator, then work the rod, you can easily Hear each door move if it is not broken

Radio bezel removal to get to the actuators

Sometimes you can take the actuator apart & flip the gears around so that it will work again

Complete video on how the Climate Control works
The 2008 & the 2016 Ram Climate Control are almost identical

So you flipped the two actuator wires that were behind the center console?

Like up above, I did an actuator test and all are functioning correctly, and I have checked both of those actuators and it seems like those worked good as well the only actuator I am unable to check on is the one by the firewall and am wondering if that is the one that controls left/drivers side heat

I unplugged them, left the wires hanging. Manually flipped/cycled the actuator, it stayed on cool since there was no input for it.

Did you disconnect the doors from the actuators & open & close each door without using the actuators ?

You should hear a pop like noise, as it fully opens & closes, by just using your fingers

I did that for all the actuator doors but I was not able to do the actuator that is by the firewall, just curious with if its worth taking the whole dash off or not because all the actuators passed the calibration test so it has to be the blend door.
