Come on now, until last month what did you rock? Hint, it wasn't 2500 or cummins and you added the the tow mirrors to it.

Speaking of painting pictures, you painted the ones they depicted with bad attitude. Moral of story, don't be a bigot and don't be a ****.

PS: you have a nice looking truck. The black out 1500 was too. But saying you need tow mirrors out because you are lifted on 37 is false. You prefer it, not need it.

I didn't add tow mirrors to my 1500, I thought about it. No **** I prefer them out, I already said that. I gave them a chance down when i drove 150 miles on the highway after I bought the 2500. Switching lanes and blind spots with them down is what I didn't like, with them up I feel alot more comfortable as I have zero blind spots. And I am a ****, letting out the chickens and turkeys every morning in the cold makes me that way.

I had my mirrors up on my 2500 from the day I bought it...thought they looked dumb down. After a few months I noticed that my drivers sider mirror would complexly obscure entire cars to my left when at a 4 way stop and I almost got/gave a t-boning a few times. My truck is leveled on 35's.

So, I flipped them down to get to see better to the left...but I tell you what, it is next to impossible for me to see accurately what's beside and behind me on the passenger side. I have never been one to look behind me because I'm used to good mirrors. The mirrors on my '08 F-350 were awesome and I could see everything...these on the RAM when down suck and I am always forced to look! I am fixin' to put them back up again and just try to remember to really look at 4 ways before moving.

Someone had posted earlier that the mirrors were the same distance out in ether the folded or tow positions. Didn't want to say anything at the time but measured mine and there is about 3 1/2 inched difference to each side in the tow position. If not for that, I would most definitely drive with them in the tow position. With the tow position, I'm sure that 10' total width would be very close if not over. In some of the smaller towns that we travel in/ through, an added 3 inches to the right leaves little or no room for passing some parked trucks with the wingspan that I have. Believe me, there are many. Kind of close especially when towing. Guess on normal lanes would be no problem though. Also, anyone have an issue with the seat head rests?? I reversed mine but now seems to be "to" far back. In the standard position, looks like it would snap your neck if you were hit hard from behind??? Guess what I need is a new 1970's truck. lol lol
