This is obviously not a factory radio, without any specifics on the aftermarket one in your vehicle there's no way to help.
You might want to post the make, model, and serial number so that someone might be able to help

Looks like a Tesla Style aftermarket radio.

do your research before upgrading the firmware on the aftermarket androd radios especially if they are a ebay/amazon purchase. Past experience every time i upgraded firmware i had nothing but issues and always had to revert back... allot of those manufactures off ebay/amazon to not post their firmware upgrades and you have to contact them for the upgrade
