I want it to sit level!

I have a 07 1500 4x4 with a 4 inch rough country lift. I see all these guys that have lifts, even levels, and their trucks sit level. With my old leveling kit it had a little rake angle, now with my 4 inch it still has the same rake angle. Does anyone know why this might be. Its not that bad but I just want to know

How was the rear of the truck lifts? Add a leaf or block?

Wish i could help, but I've never dealt with trying to level with an actual lift kit.
