I have a 16 crew cab 4x4 with a 3/5 ihc kit the front cv have horrible angle to the point where the shop don’t wanna align it since it’s pulling the stub and inter shaft from the front diff and the lower shock bushing is being pulled on real bad anyone have any tips? I’m thinking of just deleting the cv front driveshaft and front diff and calling it a day

I would give IHC a call. I'm not certain who installed your kit but, installing the upper control arms on the incorrect side, putting them on upside down or any number of human error mistakes could result in your experience. I'm not saying your wrong, but there are literally thousands of these kits installed on both 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel drive trucks with limited reports of issues, which is a tribute to their popularity.

Having installed more than one of these kits, it takes a measure twice cut once approach otherwise you will get difficult outcomes.

I've spoken to IHC tech support on multiple occasions and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful even to the point of replacing their own parts to address issues.

I hope this helps. If you haven't made that call then I would suggest reaching out

If you don't use it as a 4X4 you can delete everything ahead of the transfer case.Supposedly you can use AlphaOBD to reconfigure the truck to 2X4 and then you can unplug the front actuator.I pulled everything off my 4X4 long before AlphaOBD was around,so i just left the front actuator plugged in,i wrapped it up in a couple garbage bags and tied it up to the rack with some heavy duty zipties.
Another option is have some spacers made up that go between the end of the cv and the wheel hub, basically moving the cv in closer to the diff, the spacers would effectively lengthen the cv's

Changing hubs isn't the answer.
Follow BigSky's advice, and if you still have issues, then you could look into having a machine shop build you some spacers
I only asked because I would rather just remove the 4x4 and be done with it since I’d have to rebuild the stub and intermediate shafts again and I can’t go too low

Yes you can remove the front diff / CV axles and front driveshaft. You don't need new or differant hubs, the 4X4's and 2X4's use the exact same front hubs.
