Op, your measurements process is a bit unorthodox.

I would use a yardstick or tape measure from the bottom of the wheel to the fender lip. This will give you an idea of height to compare

if you bag the rear it will give you the ability to raise the rear to an increased height.

Have you done anything to the front struts? Do they have a bilstein type strut that can be sett to adjust ride height. Could it be set higher than stock?

Truck looks great. Nice job

Op one other thing, having finally seen the red descriptive type on your photos.

The left will be lower than the right due to the fuel tank being on the driver's side.

Typically you would take a bit more off the right spring to level that out or use bags inside the spring with individual air lines to level the rear.

If you use bags, purchase the durango bags, as they are shorter. Moe's performance a forum sponsor usually has them in stock

Check the front first,if it's out a 1/2" side to side that'll translate to about an inch on the rear,so make sure the front is level first before you start cutting rear springs. The engine and transmission are offset to the pass side roughly 2",and can upset the fronts level,so make sure it's level first

Thanks for reaching out, the front struts are OEM. IHC claims that the shop might have tightened the front suspension on a lift vs torquing with the full trucks weight on the front suspension. I’m at a lost right now. I got the rear of the truck to even out with just driving around for a couple days but the front has not adjusted. I bought the Durango air lift bags from moes just last week. I’m hoping that raising the back will drop the front a bit. I attached some pictures of the front suspension.

Your struts look normal unless you have a spacer on top where they bolt up. I'm assuming that's a no but unless you know, check.

As to the lowers Being tighten with it being under load, kinda doubt that, they would have been loosened during alignment then retightened. They would have adjusted.

The uppers however could have been tighten without being under load. Easy enough to fix and both sides can be done in less than an hour with zero impact on alignment, probably without taking wheels off, and with hand tools.

Not saying this is the problem but I would eliminate it as a possibility.

It looks like you upper control arms are oriented correctly but are they on the correct side? They are usually marked but anything could happen and were they put on the correct way, they have a built-in adjustment for the ball joint.

Have you actually read the directions? you could use them to check out your install.

So I got the back taken care of and the front did everything to spec with the instructions but still sit about an 1”1/2 higher in the front then the back. Can lowering struts take care of this ? The arms themSelf’s claim to give 3” drop with oem ride but not getting the full 3”

I put the same kit on my 2015 Ram regular cab. We just didn’t cut the inch off of the back springs. My back is about 1/2 inch higher than the front.
