Impressive Towing Video!

Mind you - This 3500 has been deleted!
Just showed me - When these trucks are well maintained & properly equipped - They can be very impressive towing machines.

I'm not a huge Eddie fan, but I did think this was a interesting video.
Also: I will never put others in danger as well as my own family - towing that fast.

Makes me really think about a serious gear swap & a couple upgrades to the 68RFE when or if we decide to RV cross country.
As of right now our farthest camping area is 236 miles away and basically all flat interstate to & from - so our stock 2500 can handle it quite easily.

This guy is an idiot! Yeah the truck is doing it, for now. But how long is the trans going to hold up towing that much weight even with 4.10 gears? There's an awful lot of heat building up in the trans. There is a reason you're not supposed to tow max weight in OD.
I guess if someone can afford to break **** just for fun it's their choice.
