We recently bought a 2020 Limited, which included air suspension. This was originally not a feature I was very impressed with, judging by a test drive we did in a Rebel and a Limited.
We also own a 2014 Big Horn that I drove daily until we bought the Limited (now the wife's truck). I actually commented several times to her, while we were driving the Limited, that I didn't really feel a difference with the Big Horn, and if I had a choice that I probably would not tick the option when buying a truck.
That is, until we recently used the Big Horn for a trip and I was shocked at how bumpy the same roads that I drive with the Limited now felt. I had driven the Big Horn for 5 years and was completely satisfied with it. Now the Limited's air suspension has spoiled me for life it seems
I am aware of some of the problems owners are having, especially in cold northern climates. So, buyer beware. However, in the South where I live I would recommend the air suspension to anyone.
