Your probobly better off getting an aftermarket one. Not sure who would give up their sport hood. and aftermarkets are not THAT expensive.. Considering the cost of the OEM hood.

Price is good, but the info says to be prepared to do some body work on it before painting.Their molds can't be all that good. That kind of scared me off of them.I'd like to see one first.I did see a real nice carbon fiber hood from a place in Cali.Too far away for me though.

Yeah, I read something like that a like time ago about it but again that was only one person. It seems not many people have this hood.

Funny. I googled the part number and there is ONE reviews and only ONE review at a few retailers saying the hood quality is bad.

I used to work in a fiberglass shop. I've been debating on buying this hood and taking it to my old boss. And having him re work it so it actually fits right. And looks like it should. Then offering it back up to you guys in here for a reasonable price.

But I like sleeping in the bed at night with my wife. My couch is not to comfortable. LOL.

Did you read the one and only 2 star comment?

"Thin layer of fiberglass over plastic . Therefore causing hood to warp on first day in sun . Very bad construction, plastic expands and contracts with heat, fiberglass holds it's shape and does not flex in time so this will cause separating issues in the future guaranteed especially with heat from engine."

May be better off getting a slightly more expensive one then this. Chances are the price is so low because they made a bunch and havnt sold many after word got around that they are a pile of poo.

Not sure why I am even responding to this..... last post was 3 weeks ago, and the OP has one (this) post probably never to be seen again... fk it, its a slow day at work. Hows everyone doing?

There was someone wanting to swap their sport for a regular in the classifieds. I think it is still there, I'm just not sure how close he is to you.

i have also been looking for one, but that price is just to good to be true. And my experience with body kits tells me that you kind of get what you pay for.

Every once in a while someone wants to trade their sports hood for a standard one, but the're far a few between. As was stated there was one in the classified a while back, don't know if it's still there or not.
