Well I did a search for this and it seems to be a somewhat of a problem on these 4th gens. I am nearing 32k miles and I do ALL highway driving. My 2014 Ram's CC is a PITA to turn on EVERYDAY. It almost seems to be that the contactor for the switch itself is not working very well. To clarify, my On/Off button has to pressed hard to activate, but the other 3 buttons work flawlessly. Is there a TSB on this or does anyone know what is involved other than the dealer replacing the entire switch? I wonder if I should return my truck to stock for even this issue?

Had exactly the same problem with my 2015, dealer replaced the switch under warranty and has been perfect since.

Mine has a problem but I am thinking its related to my programmer...
Cruise shuts off if I hit accel too many times on the interstate. Doesnt shut off if I am going around town and press it though

Must be a 13+ thing.

09-12s have the stalk that I think Dodge has used for like 15 years. lol
I actually kinda like it.

My 2014 does not have that issue. I know there's a handful of people that do but I think most are fine

Or it could be one of those "not IF but when" type of ordeals for the 13+

I’d be happy to search for a TSB if you DM me your VIN. But since your vehicle is under warranty, I’d recommend bringing into the dealer for diag and repair – Kevin T, Social Connect Team

MY 2016 1500 doesn't have more than 1500 miles on it and the "set" button is already wearing out. I have to push it way firmer than the other buttons for it to respond, I will take it in to the dealership if it gets worse.

Not necessarily. I have a '10 and mine doesn't turn on at all. I haven't tried disconnecting the battery for a while so it can reset tho. Some have suggested that method works.

Is there a fuse for the CC?

There probably is a fuse for it. I just wish mine would work without having to use 20lbs of force on the button...

Ill be honest with you. I have owned several Chrysler vehicles in the past, mainly trucks, and I have never had a CC problem.

The only problem I've had with my cruise control on my 09 (the stalk as I read earlier), is that as I'm coming out of a turn, and I "hover" my hand over the wheel, the damn thing will hit my hand from time to time, and I think I'm gonna break it. I would love to switch out my whole steering wheel for a 13+ steering wheel.
