Have you tried a strap wrench?

Use a impact gun and typical get it right off.

If you have to hit the bottom of the tie rod head upwards to drive the tapper back in the seat hopefully get it to bite again.

If the balljoint shaft is spinning, take a pickle-fork and get it started, to apply a little longitudinal tension on the ball joint, then try to wring the TRE nut off with an impact. Speed and power is essential in getting that thing loose when it's in that condition.

Another option is to have someone apply a little steering tension to it w/o the truck running; all you're after is some resistance to the shaft to try and hold it. Again, use air!
Hope this helps, and good luck!
