Installed factory folding mirrors and they won’t fold

I have a 2016 Ram that came with tow mirrors. I changed them out with a set of factory power folding mirrors. The mirrors came with the door modules and door panel switch. Everything works but they will not power fold. Any advice? Does the OBD need to be reprogramed?

You need to program your BCM to know the power fold is there.
