Interior Options on 2004 Ram Quad Hemi Sport Truck

Hi everyone....I'm new to this Forum....
I just bought a used 2004 Ram Hemi Sport and I am looking for information on Interior options that were available on this truck. My truck has the red leather inlay on grey leather seats. Was this an option or did the original owner have this interior installed?

Thanks for the info Guys ! I looked up the VIN.....NOT a Laramie and definitely cloth interior....

Could also be really nice covers like from Leatherseats.com or Clazzio too.... should be able to tell by looking under the covers to see if the cloth covers are still on underneath.
