Intune DCX I-1000

anyone else have the "not compatible with your vehicle" issue? I installed the updates and still didn't work.
I just sent tech support an email but maybe someone knows the issue.

At what point during the install does it give you that message?

I would plug it back into your computer and make sure the update took properly. If the tuner is already up to date, it will tell you that on the computer.

It says it is up to date. I get the error when i select tune vehicle

edited for stupidity, didnt see the dcx in title.

Return to stock, try on a different truck that it is listed for, see if you get the same message.

I got it working, not sure what the difference was considering I tried running the updater 10 different times and after checking for updates it always said it was up to date but I left it plugged in while i did some other stuff, about 30 minutes or so, and then checked for updates and it finally updated and is working now.
strange, but not complaining since it was an easy fix.

I installed the "Diablo Tune", I have only driven to work this morning so far, it felt a little stronger, but I just need needed the tune file to send Sean so he can send me my custom Hemifever tune which I will hopefully get installed tonight.
