Irratic speedometer

I currently own a 2003 ram with 5.9 Cummins. 6 speed manual. I spent most of the summer in the diesel shop. Initially went in for instument cluster faulting out. Mainly the speedometer going wacko. They sent the cluster in to have it rebuilt. Came back with everything working accept speedo. New speed sensor new dpm. Checked wiring from front to back for breaks. All All grounds

its still most likely the gauge cluster they tend to fail with age on these get a cheap used on on ebay or a yard slap it in see if it works.
