Is it likely for a 2020 Ram 1500 3.6 to have head gasket problems with 58K miles?

Dropped my truck back at the dealership for the same problem (Camshaft issue). Then the dealership said I also have to replace the head gasket because their test indicated a problem. The only indication I noticed is that the coolant level is low, with no signs of leakage, sweet smell, or milkshake oil. My understanding is that these Engines are reliable and hardly break, especially at 58K miles? Thoughts?

Common no, possible yes. I would be getting a bunch more info on the diagnosis that leads them to this conclusion before deciding.

So is this covered by the 5 year power train warranty. If so, I would let them change it. If not, I would be getting a second opinion.
