Is my truck lifted?

I am new to Rams in general, so I apologize if this is a dumb question.

I bought this 4x4 07 quad cab 5.9l the other day. I cannot tell if it is lifted. It has Bilstein shocks all around, but I don't see lift blocks in the rear, and I just cannot tell up front. It is fitting the 35 inch tires with no problems.

Does it look like factory hight?

with as new as the front springs look i would say they put in a leveling kit.

That's what it looks like to me. The front springs look damn near new.

Seems like a half-assed rear lift with pieces of old leafs stacked under the rear springs as well
