My 2024 warlock classic does this as well. I just put in the chalk04 transmission valve to address the heat issue and then afterwards went through the process to check fluid level. I lost about 4 oz putting in the valve as the black plastic cap no longer has a nipple on the outside requiring the use of chalk04 machined end cap, which is an awesome piece.
I ended up putting in about 3/4 of a quart to achieve "full dribbling ". It seems to be less of an issue but it's still slower to engage drive from reverse than my 16 or 14. Both of which are tuned.
I don't find it to be a problem as I rarely shift while rolling.
In my humble opinion, it's both a low fluid issue and programming.
Low fluid is easy to check and remedy if needed but programming is an expensive fix.
