Is the service manual for the 2019s out yet?

I usually get a service manual for any vehicle I own. That means I have one hell of a library of manuals at home! These days, they're all electronic so I am just looking for the electronic service manual. Does anyone know if this is out, if it's free or paid, and where you can get it?

I've never owned a Mopar product before so I have no idea how they deal with their service manuals.
