Is there a way to wire yellow light only turn on when turning ?

Hi has anybody been able to do this .? I’m trying to see if I can wire the yellow parking /turn light in my quad housings to only turn on when I have the blinker on . Thanks

You mean have the headlight drop out? Or have the amber turn signal not light up? I installed switchback bulbs so they’re white until I click my turn signal then it drops the white marker light and flashes amber. But my quads I’m running all led anyways

So, basically, you don’t want the amber parking lights illuminated at night when the headlights are on? Sounds a little puzzling, but if that’s what you’re looking to do, simply remove the parking light wire from the connector plugged into the parking light/turn signal bulb socket. Then, put a 6ohm 50watt resistor on the parking light wire you removed, and ground it.

Yeah! Exactly I don’t really like the amber light running all the time and was trying to see if there was a way for it to just turn on when the blinker is on . Thanks !

all you did was switch the bulb or did you have to do special harness/wiring to get the switch back to work ?
