Damn, there are only 3 black Ram 1500 SLT quad cabs, and only two of them have the 5.7. And they are both high mileage. Oh well, the patience game continues...

What are you considering to be "high mileage"? I ask because in my area, it seems as though that a truck having like 100K miles on it is not considered high anymore.

Well yeah they have around 100k-150k miles, but I'm trying to go as low as possible because I plan on keeping the truck as long as possible. I'm not ruling out the 100k club, but it would take a pretty good deal, or an exact match of a black SLT quadcab with the hemi. Otherwise I'd prefer to get something with something a little lower like in the 60-70k range.

And how hard is it to remove decals? I'm not talking about the one i mentioned in the OP i found a different one that has some sort of tribal decal on it, but otherwise its a nice truck it just seemed like the decals ruin it.

It's not too hard. Not much more than debadging. Except you will use an eraser wheel to strip the decal off. Then clay bar it a few times wax and buff to a shine.

That is a laramie with sport bumpers and grille. One way to make sure it's a laramie is check the seats cause they're the only trim with leather and suede seats. Try to get them down a little on price
