Is this truck lifted?

Quick backstory. Bought my dream truck and love everything about it. It's running 35x12.50x20 instead of the original 18s. I'm assuming what I'm seeing is a small lift as the tires don't rub at all (and my understanding is that 33s would be pushing it on stock suspension). I also know based on the build sheet that original owner had Bilstein shocks installed. Photos below are large (apologies about that) - wanted to show as much of the setup as I could. I'm assuming it's a 2" lift... Any thoughts? Much appreciated.

Yes, I measured and it's a 2" spacer. I'm assuming on the rear it's not as high to be leveled?

Usually lifting front 2 to 2.5, levels truck to put 35's on it...so if the rearend looks stock, your probably just leveled

I do not know much about the 2500/3500 suspension; but are there 2 spacers? A metal bolt on and a rubber one?
Also may need to to upgrade the shocks to longer ones?

there's just a spacer on top of the coil for the 2 inch level on the front. Might be a shock extender on the bottom. At least their should be. It's clean because they painted it. See the black paint all over the shock? They did a **** poor job of it. I get painting the chassis to prevent rust but you also need to ask yourself did they do it to cover something up?

It looks nice and tight but agree that they got sloppy on that shock cover. Did they cover something up? Well, I guess I'll find out sooner or later. :)

Now I get it! The blue is from being Bilstein shocks, and they Blue is probably now showing from pressure washing it and the paint coming off.
Maybe they painted it black to not have the blue. Just like stock, all black. Yeah, I’d definitely paint them black again. Or buy new shocks.

2" spacer up front, can't tell if they put one in the back as it would be at the top of the spring and not in the picture but I doubt they did. They also used shock extenders up front. It's a cheap $99 level kit.

A stock 2500/3500 can fit 35's (depending on wheel offset you might get slight rub) so whoever told you 33's was pushing it on stock suspension was wrong. Stock tires on that truck are slightly over 33's

Yes, that is correct. The blue is the plastic sleeve/cover for the Bilsteins. Today I attempted to paint the covers green to match the truck. That plastic is so shiny and finicky that even the spray paint with primer built in wouldn't adhere. I'll have to find some other paint and use a brush (spray painting it was also a huge pain). I don't mind the blue but I'm not thinking I want to keep it. Paint is wearing off the Bilsteins as well. I might just remove them, paint them, put them back...

Try sanding all the old paint off. Rough it up a little to get the paint to stick to it. Should help and last. Hopefully!
