I guess it depends on what you are in the market for. If you are looking for a clean truck to lift and put tires on, probably money ahead to buy that one. The next thing is - do you plan on using it as a TRUCK? Obviously that one hasn't been rode hard and put up wet like most 2500 series trucks have been, so it probably wouldn't be a wise purchase to use for a farm truck, or to take muddin'. Not being a fan of lifted trucks, I see an $8K truck that needs $5K of work to put it back to stock, but that's just me. IMO it is a very niche market truck - luxury car interior, pampered paint, work truck chassis, off road suspension - kind of a confused identity. But with that said, if you want the looks of a lifted clean truck to continue to pamper and not really use as a 2500 series truck, you probably won't do too bad with that one. But using it as a 2500 series lifted truck and the value drops fast.
