issue with 3815

so i'm trading with a guy on DT, my diablo for his 3865. Have a 3815 i bought a while back off a buddy. it worked fine before, then i got the diablo. it's been sitting in the garage since. set the truck back to stock, it read the stock tune. said the calibration file wasn't loaded. hooked it up to the lap top, let it do it's thing with the sc updater. have tried twice, just want to have something on there so i can get rid of the mds while im waiting for the 3865 to show up. but it comes up with the calibration thing each time. any ideas? riding in either tow/haul or od off for a week is gonna suck. running 10 w30 so mds kicking in would be a bad thing.

im impatient lol. wasn't sure anybody would read it in this section so i was just tryin to bump it. i did hook it up to updater and it said it was up to date. tried again and it said same thing about going to superchips.com and updating

tried updating 4 or five times. downloaded easy updater on my grandmothers comp just to see if it was an issue with mine. said it was up to date bla bla bla. still says the calibration file not loaded. i give up, looks like i get to run tow haul till i get the 3865. what a pain in the ass. just hope it wants to cooperate with my cousins 03. did for ***** and giggles plug in the diablo just to make sure it was back to stock and according to it, the truck is back to stock.

Get with customer service on this issue at 888-227-2447 at your earliest convenience. We were having some issues with Internet Update recently that they were working on.

Feel free to keep me posted on this issue. I will help in any way that I can.

It could be as simple as a low battery or a pin in your data port that has pushed out and is not getting a good connection with the programmer. Check out both of those first. If ok customer service might have a few other tricks I am unaware of.
