issues with xd series wheels

What the hell? Has this ever happened to any of you with kmc wheels? I'm kinda pissed off because these rims are less than a year old. Hopefully they will send me a new cap but in the next year I'm gonna get some fuels

Mine haven't came off but it's a little cheap that they only attach in 3 spots.

They're like 300$ a piece I think we should be getting a better quality rim

I hope you didn't pay $300 for an XD wheel
Unfortunately that's a problem with any fastener in aluminum and they'll try to get another $30 bucks from you for a new cap

Seems that most center caps are pretty cheesy. The one's on my KMC XD Spy wheels are pretty secure. But I one had a set of Eagle Alloys that the pop in center caps were so loose, I'd "glue" them in using a dab of silicone sealant on each mounting tab.

I really don't know since they were on the truck when I bought it. And ya I'm gonna be pissed cuz its not ununer warranty and it's defiantly their fault. How the hell does the cap just fall off while I'm driving lmao

I started to have issues on one of the plastic caps on my ballistic wheels. They are all cheaply made. Lucky for me the 1stbset got lost in shipping and they sent a second set of center caps and a couple weeks later the original set was found and ended up at my place so I have 4 spares.
