For some reason the srt10 wheels look smaller on there. Other interesting thing is i put the replica srt wheels on the scale with 305's on them and they only weighed 9lbs more than my factory r/t wheels

I think that's about right, my oem rt's weighed in at 28lbs, I think the reps are about 38lbs. Still 10lbs less rotational mass. 40 less as a whole.. Looks good!! How'd your welds come out..??

And I still wish I just had a garage to keep mine in... LOL! Hope the welding went good!

Like crap.... i got about 2.5" of good weld... to much junk in the pipe and rust.... turned the heat up to help burn through it but couldnt go to hot or i would burn through it the pipe.... its just temporary till i find a shop i feel can install the exhaust in a quality manor.

Rust is definitely not your friend, especially when welding. If you drag your puddle ahead about 3/8" then come back you may be able to fill it in. Or just add some more steel. Make a bandaid.

Was watching the heat.... I was trying all the trick but popped through even when doing that and any cooler setting it was worse... i wasnt going for any prizes with the weld just something to hold it till i get it rebuilt..

As you can see from the pic it was already a nasty mess of stacked welds.
