When they are newer the charge up is about every 6 months. Mine are in the vehicle and the vehicles are in a heated garage so can't tell you if cold storage changes that. I have started cars that have been parked in -40 for 3 or 4 days, not plugged in. Two short crank cycles and they started. They started much faster off the jump packs than what they used to do using cables and my cables are all made from welding cables with high capacity clamps. Seemed to spin over a lot faster than cables did.
