Neat topper, One problem I always had, there is always something you want that will not fit when you are in the big city,( could be a good thing ) at the Harley shop. Never seen one like that.
Last few trucks I went of roll up covers, keeps the rain off stuff.
If the speedo head is the problem, then I have no idea, I know how real old ones works, but 1980, I have never had one open, there should be cck boards in the for the gauges , if you have them work then the board should be OK.
