Got an invite to take a survey regarding my 2018 1500 Big Horn. Completed the online survey which took about 20 minutes. I gave mostly positive ratings.
Ripped into them for lousy speakers in their 6 speaker system. Complained about inconsistent sensitivity of the 8.4 touchscreen. Android Auto being too loud when receiving texts/calls. (I had to turn down the volume to "3" on a recent call to save my ears from exploding.)
Average ratings for exterior paint, body styling, ride quietness.
Good to very good ratings for most everything else.
Praised them for ride quality and comfort. Interior quality, finish, and comfort. Praised handling, gas mileage (V6 gas), UConnect system (overall). Driver visibility including night vision. Value for the money.
