Key Fob Remote Window

I know this was covered before but I need a litle more info than the previous threads provide. The threads say you will have remote window down if equipped. I have a 2015 Big Horn and I can't seem to get the windows to drop with key fob. Is it a function to turn on or off through U Connect? Is it listed as an option on my window sticker?

2011 or 2012 was the last year you could do roll down the windows with the key fob.
