I have a 2016 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi with 177,000 miles. Recently had the exhaust manifold tick fixed but now have a knocking noise coming from the engine. When cold start, you can barely hear it. Once you put it in either reverse or drive, the knock gets louder along with the low rpm. Once you drive down the road, doesn't do it with higher RPMs.
