my 2022 ram was in the shop for a tire rotation and alignment, they brought my truck out for me and the steering wheel was at 5 and 12 o'clock. they took it back in reluctantly to straighten the wheel....fast forward, 600 miles later the front tires wouldn't pass inspection. I end up going to an alignment shop and both front tires where 3° out of toe. dealership said they could get me new tires that I had to pay for, ain't happening. we're heading to court. can't trust these alleged techs. service writer Brad is an absolute jerk. never again will I purchase another vehicle from any Diehl dealership

Welcome and sorry for your bad experience but I’ve been to a lot of alignment places and found that even two firestones couldn’t get my lift kit aligned right and it cost me 2 tires.Discount tire where I bought the tires originally but didn’t do alignment told me where to go(freeman alignment Janesville)and I’m very happy, except for the 2 Michelins .

Unless my truck is eating the front tires , there is no way I’m letting anyone adjust the alignment.
I have gone close to 100,ooo miles with out issue.

It seems once it has been aligned it is never as good as it was from the factory.

My old front end people have retired and closed up the shop , same as the folks that did exhaust fabrication.

It’s damn near impossible to find quality workmanship nowadays.
