I know of the 2017-2018 2500 HCU / ABS lawsuit. Settled and all that last year. I have not heard of anyone or thing about the many many many (etc) 1500 (any gen) owners who seem to have the same issue. Are we all just screwed? Stealership says $2000 to replace, but on permanent backorder. I'm not even confident that a replacement would last, having read about too many other peeps on here and other forums that the replacements don't last. Sad, because I like my truck. Put too many upgrades on it perhaps, hoping it would be my last. Well, it will be my last Ram, but mayhaps not my last truck.

I have replaced mine twice and have not and probably never will see any reimbursement. I replaced mine last time with the electric motor off a 2011 1500 and so far after about 500 miles it has been fine. Writing this off as a loss thanks to Ram

What did I miss regarding the 1500?
Search on any forum for ABS / HCU issues, specifically the 2500 Lawsuit that was "settled".
Personally, I will prolly never get the cruise control/ABS etc. fixed, at least on this truck.
Side note: For Sale 2015 Ram, many upgrades and extras, thumpin bass. According to KBB, I'm only 6k upside down......
