leaking from behind glove box

There is a air leak type noise behind my glove box and i cant figure out what it is. I even pulled out the glove box to see but could not find anything. Does anyone know what it could be?

Welcome to Ram Forum. It could be the door on the vent system. I bet it is that.

Welcome to the forum. The only thing I know of that's around the glove box area there is the recirculating door, as JT mentioned above. Could be stuck open maybe? Not sure.

It happens whether the heat/ac is on or off and its a high pitch sqeal and it will constantly do it

Does it happen just while moving at certain speeds, or all the time no matter what?

Happens all the time even if I'm in park with the engine off but with the power still on or when I'm drivin down the road

It will even happen with the key turned to acc

Actually it will only do it in acc after I started it then shut the truck off until I open the door

Yeah just not on acc tho basically all the time but yeah it sounds like an sir leak it will squeal for about 10-15 sec then stop for 5 then it will do it again
