Lease/Retail Custom Build cost

Is there any extra cost associated with doing a custom build for a lease or retail, like a certain percentage down as good faith.

I'm looking for a Bighorn with the led group, black appearance and off-road. I just cannot seem to find this combination in the current inventory.
