Very nice rocket. I'm lookin to add an led third to my truck too. Trying to tie it all together this year.

yeah I think I only paid like 30 for the one I got but I have to get some help from teach and paint it black to match everything else.

After I VHT my tails I am sure to have some left over. That would be perfect for your third tail.

Lol, I've done a lot of paint but never VHT. Maybe you are the better choice rocket

it is really, for lack of a better word, dusty. i would try medium coats not light ones. a light coat leaves a gritty texture.

Does wet sanding eliminate that or is it something about the product itself?

when i wet sanded they looked better when i did medium to heavy coats they came out better. i tried to follow daniel "demonhemi"s write up from dt but after i wet sanded the clear it blew off in a matter of months

Good tip. I am just hoping getting the vinyl off is easy. Know any techniques for that? Never peeled vinyl off before.

heat or adhesive remover? i dont really know i have never done it either but that is what i would try first

Just like any other sign removal, heat and peel, heat and peel.
