LED Light bulbs

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to buy this LED lights from amazon, but before I do, I have some questions, I'm sure you guys can help me. My first question: when I get the light out code, can it be fix my change it to LED present with AlphaOBD? I want to change low beams and fog lights to this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GKPR452/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A20DLZVH04R37U&psc=1 second question: would I need any resistors?

I actually just installed a pair of the H7 Hikari 2020 bulbs in my 2016 Ram 1500 w/ AlphaRex Pro Projectors. They are great headlights for the money but I had to buy some resistors that I haven't installed yet due to the "Parking Light Out" error message. I'll let you know if they work.
