Weird question, I put katana H11 led low beams in my 19 3500 with the quad lamps. They work just fine when my light switch is turned on. But the weird part is, they are on but pulsing when the light switch is turned completely off and truck is running. Can anyone explain that? Maybe a low voltage is supplied at all times, and when I actually turn the headlights on it gets enough voltage to not strobe/pulsate? Thanks ahead of time if anyone can explain this one.
