Thinking about the Morimoto led's and from my understanding on our 2015's, we will need resistors. I currently have white signal led's and needed them to stop hyper flashing. Mine are already installed so all I need to do is get the switchbacks

I have a 15 and I believe he does as well. When I put just the plain led's in I got hyper flashing so I needed to install resistors. As soon as I put the resistors in the flashing stopped.
The 15's have the funniest system out. We have to add resistors and capacitors to just about everything light related

I put LED switchbacks for the front turn signals on my '12. I had to use resistors as well.

they were from ebay

Switchbacks

Resistors

Been running them since April and have not had a single issue. Even when i had a moisture leak after the retrofit. still working just fine.

Ok, I was looking at the morimoto brand ones. I have Spyder headlights but just got a set of projector and going to be switching everything over. I have to go to hid's instead of my led's for low beam and high beam. I want to keep the other headlights with what I have in them now and go all new with these new headlights.
Thanks for the info

The Morimoto's are nice for sure. I bought these just to try out since I was not sure if I would like the style or not. Turned out they were pretty decent and the white matched well with my 5500 HIDs. I will probably go with the Morimoto's or DDM when these finally give up but for the money these are hard to beat.

I have a 2015 and have tried 3 sets. Two of the sets were from eBay, just cheap ones I picked up basically for experimentation. Both of those worked fine without needed resistors. However, they were very blue rather than white which I didn't like. So I picked up a set of the Morimoto ones. Much better quality and they are also much whiter and match my HIDs and LED fogs very well. With those I did however have to run resistors which wasn't a problem. Before I installed the resistors they worked fine as far as function, no hyper flash but they did trigger a bulb out warning on my dash. Resistors took care of that.

The eBay ones really weren't bad for $8, I really wanted a color that matched my other lights though.
