I purchased a pair of Hawkglow LED taillights. The stop, taillight and turn have integrated LED bulbs. The reverse lights do not, you have to use your existing socket. I put in 921 Lasfit canbus error free LED'S. I Changed the setting to LED present in AlphaOBD. However now my reverse lights aren't lighting up at all

My 2013 Sport has the LED taillights, and like yours the reverse lights are a separate socket. I installed LED's in them years ago and never had any issues. Since I don't know much about "Alpha", I never changed anything and they work just fine. Some of the LED's had reverse polarity, not sure if Lasfit does or not, but it is easy to turn them around check.

This was going to be my suggestion. Flip the bulbs 180 in the socket and see if that works.
