So a guy that installs lifts, perfomance parts ect.. told me that with these newer dodges you can install both the adjustable bilisteens and a leveling kit to get about a three to five inch lift. Rear spacers would be neccassary to stay level but he said it was possible?? Any thoughts on this????

I would say no way, your CV joints would be at a very extreme angle and have a more likely chance to cause damage. Bilstein 5100s max out at 2.8". Most leveling kits spacers max out at 2.0-2.5". Mixing that to achieve 5" is bad news

It could be done. It there are going to be other components needed.
I would not recommend it

what if you were set at lowest level?? would that be a less angle on the cv?? just trying to figure out if this guy knows what he is talking about. he said he installed both on a 2011 half ton. only possible on dodge pickups. just doing my homework thanks for the input.

Thor is correct. You could do bilsteins front with a body lift for your desired result.

First, theoretically you could do this. However, I would agree with the previous mention that your CV joints would pay the price, along with your front bearings, your transfer case, and your tires....all of those need to be in alignment to keep from tearing them up. Best thing to do is put an actual drop in there with the aforementioned shocks....Zone suspension has a nice kit for a reasonable price...

This all assuming your truck is 4x4
Either way I'm not sure if I would go to that guy because it'll be nothing bit problems if it's 4x4 and they don't make adjustables for 2wd
