Would like to level or lower my truck in the rear. *Not like a low rider* But I have a stock 4 corner suspension feature (adjusts ride heights) Am I still able to keep the suspension feature and lower truck a few inches?

If you truck has the factory air suspension, you can buy adjustable links for the height sensors. Most people buy the links to raise the front to level the truck, but in your case you would just adjust the rear links shorter.
Here is just one such adjustable link kit: https://www.revelperformance.com/lifts/adjustable-air-suspension-links-for-lifting-2013-2015-rams/ ('16 and newer trucks use different size links)

Some people have been successful in changing the ride height using AlfaOBD by recalibrating the ride height sensors through the BCM(no adjustable links needed).
